Privacy

This notice explains the information Umber Cloud collects through this website and how it is used during founding access.

Information submitted to Umber

Forms may collect your name, email address, customer type, selected product or plan, public source links, goals, community information, referral details, Make Ten post links, and confirmations about content rights or disclosures. The URL demo requires a source link and delivery email.

Demo processing and delivery

The URL demo stores a queued job, processes up to the first 10 minutes of the submitted source, stores the resulting clips and compliance report, and emails an unguessable result link. The link should be treated as private because anyone who has the complete link may be able to open the result.

Attribution information

When you submit a form, Umber may record the referring page and standard campaign parameters such as source, medium, campaign, and content. This is used to understand which account, partner, or campaign produced a request or customer.

How information is used

Information is used to process demo jobs, deliver results, enforce submission limits, review requests, prepare previews, assess production fit and capacity, communicate onboarding or partner decisions, verify Make Ten submissions, prevent abuse, support customers, and improve Umber's product and marketing.

Source material

Submit only material you own or are authorized to use. Public source links may be reviewed and processed to prepare the requested demo, preview, or production work. Do not submit passwords, private credentials, confidential personal records, or material you are not authorized to share.

Sharing

Umber does not sell form-submission information. Information may be handled by infrastructure, storage, email, and commerce providers necessary to operate the site, process subscriptions, manage referrals, or deliver the requested service. Public post links submitted to Make Ten remain governed by the platforms where they were posted.

Retention and deletion

Demo clips, reports, source links, delivery records, and other founding-stage records are retained while needed to operate the request, account, program, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, measure performance, or satisfy legal obligations. To request correction or deletion, use the Umber form through which you originally contacted the company and state that your request concerns privacy.

Security

Umber uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to its founding stage, but no online system can promise perfect security. Social account credentials should never be entered into a general Umber intake form.

Changes

This notice may change as the product and providers change. The effective date will be updated when a material revision is published.
